Our team focuses on the configuration and integration of the XOB product from the clients portfolio for a specific client.
The product was created to streamline the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, primarily for financial institutions or any organizations that are legally required to verify customers before entering into a business relationship, as well as to perform regular checks throughout the duration of that relationship.
Requirements and responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Implement and customize the Actimize XOB platform in client environments
- Design and develop customer-specific layers on top of the core product
- Adapt system functionality and behavior to client requirements and data structures
- Integrate the platform with external systems and services
- Perform data migration and ETL processing from client legacy systems
- Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and deliver solutions
- Communicate directly with customers and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Prepare technical documentation and configuration specifications in English
- Ensure high quality of implementation and system behavior
- Work independently while collaborating with distributed teams

What to expect:
- Hands-on customization and development on top of an enterprise AML platform
- Work combining configuration (XML/XSD) and programming (C#)
- Exposure to complex system integrations and real client data
- Responsibility for identifying and resolving non-trivial technical issues
- Work in environments where system behavior must be adapted to specific client needs
Required Skills:
- Programming – .NET / C#
- Database – SQL (Oracle, MS SQL) – required (data analysis, troubleshooting, validation)
- XML, XSD – configuration and data modeling
- Understanding of system integration (APIs, data flows)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
- English – advanced (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
- PowerShell (builds and automation scripts)
- Experience with ETL processes
- Experience with Actimize or similar systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD or build pipelines
From 2100 EUR/month, depending on skills and experience + benefits. The final offer for the selected candidate will reflect the candidate´s comprehensive assessment, skills, and past work experience.
